Hello, I’m Haley!

 

I’m a solopreneur based on the Mid North Coast of Australia, living and working on Gumbaynggirr land. I offer virtual support to people navigating the very human side of business in an increasingly technology-driven world.

My logo features the ginkgo leaf, chosen for its symbolism of balance, resilience, and wisdom - qualities I value in both life and business.

 

I’ve been working in the virtual space for several years now, drawn to the flexibility, variety, and balance it offers. As an Endo Warrior, building a work life that supports my health and healing journey has been essential and liberating.

 

I’ve always been drawn to roles centred around service and helping others. I bring over 19 years of customer service experience across a wide range of industries, which has shaped my ability to communicate thoughtfully and appropriately with people from all walks of life. Something I genuinely love, as I believe people’s differences are the spice of life.

 

Alongside administrative and customer service roles, I also previously worked as a healthcare professional (as a Midwife). This instilled a deep respect for confidentiality, clear communication, and the ability to prioritise what matters most, even in high-pressure situations. These values continue to guide how I work today - calmly, efficiently, and with integrity.
 

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in nature adventuring or enjoying a picnic with my partner. When I’m home, I’m often with my two rescue kitties and a good romantasy novel.
