Below are the available support packages, outlining the investment and minimum monthly hours for each option.
LIGHT

A couple of hours a fortnight behind-the-scenes support to lighten your workload and create breathing room on your to-do list.
Ideal if you need help with a few simple, repetative tasks.
STEADY

8 Hours Monthly
2 hours per week
With increased dedicated time, I’m able to work more closely within your business, providing continuity, context, and thoughtful support as a trusted extension of your team.
Ideal if you need reliable help with administration, inbox management, client enquiries or light marketing tasks without feeling overwhelmed.
GROWTH

16 Hours Monthly
4 hours per week
A good fit if you’re juggling multiple moving parts and want more consistent support across systems, communication and content.
This investment offers more dedicated time, allowing me to work across a broader scope of tasks or spend time supporting key priorities.
Ad-Hoc
$70 per hour
Minimum 2 hours
Ad hoc support is available for short-term, one-off, or occasional tasks outside of an ongoing retainer.
It’s ideal if you don’t need regular support, or require intermittent assistance.
Urgent timeframe requests can be accommodated where availability allows and by prior agreement.
Please Note: where subcontractors are engaged as part of your support, superannuation (12%) is payable by the client in addition to the quoted rate, even where the subcontractor holds their own ABN.
